About Pinnacle Port

Pinnacle Port was built in multiple phases with the large A building, the Tower as it is called, being constructed in the mid 70’s. The other six buildings (commonly referred to as midrise buildings) were built in the 70’s and early 80’s. There are a total of 408 units a Pinnacle Port with a portion of them being full time residences. Pinnacle Port has been described often as being unique. It is in many ways as it sits on 26 acres and has an enormous amount of beach to offer guests. It is a family oriented resort and features lots to do for kids. First and foremost, it is a gated community so access to the property is controlled by a full staff of security officers. We share our entrance with Carillon Beach which is an upscale single family home development. From its inception, security was always planned and it makes a huge difference in vacationing where you and your automobiles are safe. Another great feature is parking. Many of the newer resorts on Panama City Beach require you to park across the street and carry your luggage to your room. At Pinnacle Port, you are just mere steps away from your vehicle so those trips to the grocery store, restaurants and trips to scenic areas and activities are much easier. Once you discover our quiet little paradise, you will want to return for years to come!

About The Owners

We are Connie and Steven Scott. You can also find us on Facebook at “Beach Bliss at Pinnacle Port.” We have been owners at Pinnacle Port since 2000. We started like many other owners by vacationing there. We love it there and decided that we should buy a place of our own to better enjoy all that Pinnacle Port has to offer. We liked it so much that we now own four townhouses in the tower which we offer for rent. Many of our guests are repeat or referrals which we value highly. We live in Lewis County, TN which is located southwest of Nashville. We enjoy college football (TN Volunteers), travelling, and bringing our family to the beach!





HOW WE DO BUSINESS

 

When a guest contacts us with their vacation plans via phone, email, or text, we verify availability and price and work to confirm your reservation. We require a $200 down payment to reserve and hold the booking. We will send a confirmation Rental Agreement by email and the down payment is due within 7 days of the reservation. The balance will be due about two weeks before you head to the beach. Please ensure enough time for us to receive your payment as we will need to email you a Gate Entry. You will print it and give it to the security guard at the entry gate. Security will issue you a parking pass for the duration of your visit and it should be displayed on your dashboard or rear view mirror of your vehicle. Please note that without this Gate Entry, you will not be able to get onto the property. Our condos have keyless entry on the doors. We will send you the information and codes to gain entry into the condo. We try to keep things very simple. We accept personal checks, money orders, PayPal, and Venmo. We can also accept VISA and MASTERCARD, but we do add a 3.5% additional service fee for that service. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our condos or about Pinnacle Port.
